3. Customer Responsibilities

Packaging: The customer is responsible for ensuring that all goods are properly packaged and ready for shipment. We are not liable for damages or loss due to insufficient or improper packaging.

Payment: The customer agrees to pay all applicable charges for the service, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges incurred during delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are based on the type of service selected and the destination. While we strive for timely delivery, FMJ Logistic Solutions is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier issues.

Service Availability: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, type of freight, and shipping method. Certain locations may be excluded from service coverage.

Risk of Loss: Once a package is handed over to the carrier or shipping service, the risk of loss, theft, or damage transfers to the customer, except in cases where additional insurance is purchased.

5. Insurance

Optional Insurance: FMJ Logistic Solutions offers optional insurance for valuable goods or high-risk shipments. The customer is responsible for purchasing the insurance at the time of booking.

Liability Limit: If no insurance is purchased, FMJ Logistic Solutions is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit beyond the standard liability limits set by the carrier.

6. Customs and Import/Export Regulations

Customs Clearance: International shipments are subject to customs regulations, which may result in delays or additional charges. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their goods comply with all customs laws and regulations.

Duties and Taxes: All import duties, taxes, and additional charges incurred by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. FMJ Logistic Solutions is not liable for any such charges.

7. Tracking and Updates

Tracking: Customers can track the status of their shipments through our online tracking system. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of tracking information provided, and any discrepancies should be reported immediately to our customer support team.

Notifications: FMJ Logistic Solutions may send notifications about the shipment status, delays, or other relevant information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor these updates.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: Once a shipment is booked, cancellations or changes may incur additional fees. Cancellations must be made before the shipment is picked up or dispatched.

Refunds: Refunds are only offered in cases of service failures directly attributable to FMJ Logistic Solutions, such as non-delivery due to our error. No refunds will be given for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs processing or weather disruptions.

Restricted Items: FMJ Logistic Solutions does not accept shipments of goods that are illegal, dangerous, hazardous, or prohibited by law. These include, but are not limited to, drugs, explosives, live animals, firearms, and counterfeit items. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring their goods comply with shipping regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Liability: FMJ Logistic Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from the shipment of goods.

Maximum Liability: The maximum liability for loss or damage to a shipment, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid for shipping services, unless the customer has purchased additional insurance.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FMJ Logistic Solutions operates.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as mutually agreed upon by the parties involved.
